How can I prepare for the online meeting with D4design?

In order to better advise you with the planned project, it's helpful for us to receive the project details from you in advance. We have compiled all the important questions for you in our short questionnaire. We therefore ask you to fill this out before the joint online meeting.

How long does the online meeting with D4design last?

Our pre-sale meetings usually last around 15-45 minutes, depending on the complexity of the project. The online meeting is of course free of charge.

Does D4design keep my project data secret?

We treat your project data with full discretion. On request, we will also sign a non-disclosure agreement. If the planned customer project does not come about, we will immediately delete your data from our system.

What are the system requirements for the online meeting?

All you need is an internet-enabled device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone. In general, we use Google Meet and Zoom for online meetings. If this is not possible, we offer a meeting alternative via telephone and separate screen sharing via join.me.

Do you also offer face-to-face meetings on site?

We would be happy to meet you for a coffee in Zurich or Zug. Please contact us to arrange a personal face-to-face meeting. So that we can optimally prepare for the meeting with you, we recommend filling out our project questionnaire for the time being.

Our meeting rooms in Zurich are located at Poststrasse 5, 8001 Zurich (TrustSquare building) near Paradeplatz.

Zug

Our head office is located at Dammstrasse 16, 6300 Zug (CV Labs building) in the center of Zug. Our office offers a convenient meeting point for clients from Central Switzerland.
